Pictures are not matching with actual status of the villa. Not cleaned, feels like false commitment was done. Will not book it again

The bedsheets had stains, ac was not working at all, the manager was irresponsive, i tried to reach out to him many times, but he chose to ignore my calls and messages. The kitchen was in a pathetic condition, the stove was not working. We wanted to heat the milk, but couldn't do so. Also the villa had plastic glasses. There was a pest swimming in the aqua-guard water, i literally had to go out to fetch the water. Our neighbours ran away in the middle of the night due to electrocution. All in all, worst villa i had ever visited.

1. Ac not working. 2. Cleanliness problem ( blanket, bedsheet etc. 3. Care taker is not provided. 4. Safety issue about door locks are not working. 5. Washrooms are dirty.

The stay was quite good. Care taker was very kind and helpful. Great location. No need to cook food at the stay as chai stalls and tapris are nearby. Enjoyed the visit.

Rooms were spacious and everything was provided and hygiene was well maintained only con was when electricity went out it was late when they informed to save on battery as it died soon and we were without electricity for whole night.
