Hotel Yakkha Near Mall Road

The hotel rooms are of average standard. The hotel authority didn't provide us the rooms that we have booked. They changed our rooms. Even they don't provide drinking water.

The hotel staff's behaviour was very good but at night the hotel land owner son comes everyday in the hotel and takes alcohol openly and shouting and misbehaving with hotel guests. Unfortunately hotel staff do not say anything due to the fact that he is local boy.

Was in darjeeling for a 2 day stay, for a budget friendly stay we really enjoyed it. Staff was well behaved. However the room was a bit dirty but cutting aside the negatives, it was good overall. Location was very close by to mall road too.

Nice place to stay and nearby things and place for every place. Also the behaviour of staff is very approachable and they care of their guests in a very generous way

This hotel is very basic type facility. Not reachable by car. No proper facilities of 2* hotel is available here. Very costly and mm t is not reviewing the type of hotel, seems they just facilitate to book with any costing. This was very costly to me and very disappointed for this booking

Very bad experience. Bed sheets and pillow covers are very dirty. Hotel located at a very unhygienic place. And the behaviour of the receptionist was so irritating.

I have paid for 2 adults and 1 child for 2 nights, such a high cost for such a cheap hotel. Having following issues during my stay. 1. No breakfast included in package 2. Room and bathroom totally unhygienic 3. No hand towel, no dental kit given 4. Towel given was badly dirty 5.DTH was not working on day 1 due to no recharge 5. Second day of stay towel and bed sheets were not changed even after asking to do so 6. Torn room curtains 7. No exhaust fan in bathroom 8. At checkout no physical bill provided. Highly unsatisfactory.

The room was clean and it was close to the market and bus stand which was a added advantage. The amenities were also good. Overall a decent place to stay in darjeeling.

Lodging was average. Fooding was bad. Experience of hiring a car from the manager of the hotel was extremely bad. Manager is terrible.

Good ambience, staff are well mannered, also the restaurant is clean and the quality of the food is good.

Unclean rooms, walls covered with fungus and smelly bathroom

The rooms they gave were at a dorm underground. The rooms were very cold and damp. 4

I've book double bedroom with an extra bed. But they didn't give the bed instead of that they gave us one mattress. And also they didn't clean the room the room was very dirty. It was stings. And also first they gave the room was too tiny to love 3 people. They after requesting multiple of times they gave the big room but it is in 4th floor we have to walk through staircase. I was s very bad experience. Nit worth for money. Waste of money.

That was a horrible experience we booked it for 4 persons . 3 adult and 1 child .once we reach that was heavily raining outside some how we reach that was very much inside and very narrow road were there . that passage of path was very much dirty . once we start check in we were surprised manager is saying you have booked single bed room and he will provide facility of one room . The manager was very rude and arrogant ,the rooms showed in the picture were very pretty but it didn't looked like it. We had to book another room and they charged extra 2000₹ per night ,TV wasn't recharged , the another room we were provided wasn't having a TV The room was very small and there was a weird smell There was no hospitality or welcomeness in people ,especially the manager. he was saying you have booked it after seeing the pics you should contact me for that.

Very small room and not cleaning properly. The main problem is the locality and parking space for bike. There is no bike parking place in hotel even no parking place available within 2-3 km.

Very good hotel in darjeeling to stay. Except one or 2 rooms all rooms were very good. And very clean. And staff also very hospitable

Hotel location is good. Staff behavior was satisfactory. Hotel establishment need to improve to make it at per. Makemy trip should act accordingly as per members details given during booking. Like suitability of room to accommodate all members.

The room which shown in the pictures were way different from the room we were given. The room didn't have any view and the room was lowkey dirty. The washroom door wasn't closing as well. Over-all it was average.

Peaceful and pocket friendly stay but food is not so good. Staff is also cooperative. Well maintained property
