Service good but not maintained properly. Balcony view excellent.Locatin is Good with So many option

Room was not at all cleaned. Bathroom was horrible. No basic necessary items like provision for a tea.

Not upto the mark. Bathroom was clean but property was not upto the mark. Must pull up the standard.

Hotel staffs are very polite,obidient & ready to fulfil all needs that guest are asking for .Food was delicious. Hotel's location is excellent. We got a clear view of Kanchanjangha peak from our balcony.

We stayed for 2days at this place so called hotel. It is a terrible place to stay. Room is very bad. Plug points came out. Room is not suitable for a family stay. Photos shown are completely opposite to the reality. I don't suggest this hotel.

1- terrible stay it was, i don’t understand not maintaining the brand value, i booked hotel sudarshan through but i am so disappointed because the room was not at all clean, power cut for a whole day, i ordered breakfast which was terribly bad taste

Location is okay in lower pelling and kanchanganga view was good. Staff was very supportive and nice.

Rooms were good, view was brilliant, staffs were responsive. Only problem is overpriced food, and bad geysers.

A very good hotel in middle peling. Hotel management are very supportive. You can get a good view of kanchanjang from balcony. Wifi available here. If you want they will arrange vehicle also in reasonable rate.

The best hotel in town for family in right price. The main thing is hotel staff listens us, we reached hotel at 11 pm. We informed them earlier, they set the room according to our need,and they were cordially ready to fulfill whatever we demanded. The room was neat and clean. Normal amenities were provided. room was hygienecally clean. In all a good stay.

Hotel sudarshan staying experience is very bad. Bathroom condition very bad like geyser not working tap on broken condition, flush not working. No communication system provided from room to receptionist. Feel unsafe there. I have not taken any images. Because we are getting frustrated

The hotel is in lower pelling. The road facing mountain view rooms are well spacious having pleasant view, clean and tidy. Room service and behaviour of staffs are also good. Food quality is very good. Washrooms are clean and equipped with geyser. Electric kettle is provided by the hotel without extra cost. Overall a very satisfying stay. A 4 out of 5.
