Hotel O Vachan Garden And Resort

Very unhinged & poor service from the staff, hotel room was not cleaned end i had to pay extra amount for the fare food also not good

the hotel took ₹400 extra after i had paid

My room is allotted to somebody else without acknowledging me. They given different room which is very congested to accommodate 3 adults.

Upon checkin they asked me to pay 100- more apart from what i paid, no staff available only one man was sitting and was already busy on call.

They overcharged me 150 rs saying they had increased the price, terrible experience. Bedsheets are all old and dirty. They wouldn't change the sheets

Every staff member was polite and attentive and ensured a very comfortable stay.

Had a lovely stay here! the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

Everything was beautifully designed, from the entrance to the room. The room had lots of conveniences.

Location is very bad no food no tv, very darty, room not clean, bed is very pour condition, water quality is not good
