Overall the stay was good, the staff was really cooperative. I enjoyed the stay. The maintainance was overall fine. The location is a little outside and near to airport. So if you like to stay at a place where it is calm from all the city noise. This is the place.

When tried to get in touch with hotel while enroot on mob no provided by mm t there was no response, had made 4 calls. After arrival at resort got call from them (customer care. They had no curtsey at all. Property is just ok, the best part was the restaurant and its staff, they were excellent.

Located far from bhopal city but location good among-st lush green fields. Peaceful and serene. Food is ok. Amenities ok. Services ok. Operating with very few staff. Cleanliness wise good. The last day they put pressure on us to vacate exactly at 10 am as they booked the room for a marriage party. The check in time is from 12 noon whereas check out is from 10 am which doesn't seem reasonable.

the stay was comfortable. the room was very clean and the staff were also very friendly and good. front desk, house keeping, in room dining, restaurant; all the staff were well-mannered, well-behaved, polite too. if a little more training is provided, to polish their skills, they will be no less than the 4/5 star staff. food was a major concern, with very limited options (breakfast spread or in-room dining) and the food quality also need improvement. since the hotel is located at a remote place, it is also quite away from the city, food is definitely a major thing to be considered.. no pictures to add. i am done. thank you 😊
