Terrible experience & pathetic service issue - not recommended

I had a terrible experience while staying. On the first instance while check-in to the hotel the owner told me the tarrif is too less. I was given a room where ac was not working and the bathroom door wasbroken. Later after waiting for almost 5 hrs i was shifted to another room. Even i found there were no toiletries at the wasroom. Free wifi as mentioned was not functional. Next day when i asked for complimentary breakfast the hotel denied and said they will charge. When complained to make my trip they simply denied by saying he cannot do anything and i need to solve of my own. Only for wifi they can refund 20% however at the time of booking it was written due to service issue refund will be 100. I asked for the manager on line but the make my trip customer care is horrible. Pathetic behaviour. Linens were dirty. Young boys and girls book this hotel for hourly basis. All wrong information given at the make my trip portal. They are all cheating the people.

groupIt was very ugly no cleanness no service, no food. They are totally unprofessional. I booked it for my guest they left the hotel without staying there within 1 hr. You are requested to remove from your list to such worst class property.

Worst service and room quality

Hotel does not have good rooms, no ac’s were running properly. Washrooms are very dirty.
My bad choice that i booked this hotel along with the family.

Room should be proper sanatised, social distance should be maintained. Location is good i have not eaten the food.
