Property in bad condition !! There is no proper room service until u ask or chase them. I had booked for breakfast, lunch & Dinner, but property not able to provide any food services. Please dont go with photos uploaded by property. MMT should look into this matter seriously.

the worst room I have ever seen, shown photos and given room is entirely different. smell coming everywhere, we have seen some bugs and cockroaches in the room . very dim light in almost every room, out of four four ceiling light only one is working. painting is not done, flour mat is very ugly. breakfast is included in our booking but they are not providing instead they were saying breakfast amount will be refunded.

Maintenance is not so great washrooms are little more cleanliness required

I have book ac room suite but they have given me a non ac room with worst condition at-least there tv also at the hotal receptionist said that even u book ac room for that price we won't give that room when i started fighting

I went to the hotel that we had booked two rooms at. However, since my family was still traveling, i decided to check the room myself. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was incredibly rude and refused to let me see the room. Moreover, the amenities mentioned in their description were not available, and there was no air conditioning, indicating a clear case of misguiding customers. Frustrated with the situation, we decided to cancel the booking at 11 pm that night. I immediately began searching for another hotel and finally found one at 2 am. The whole experience was quite terrible.

They have demanded to pay extra 1500- they didn’t even maintain the rooms properly the doors dont even lock worst atmosphere worst staff behaviour he didn’t even allowed me to check in until i payed dont ever vista this terrible place

Hottel staff are very polite. But cleaning have a major problem for this hotel. Many type of insect. As well as some room have ac issue flush issue. But after informin about the issue. They gave me a good and clean room.

Hotel ruby is not good to stay. I booked ac room but they will on only at night from 10pm to 7am. Rooms are dirty and cigarette smell. It is very bad stay.

Though the overall experience of staying in the hotel was good, we would like to suggest that you guys need to regulate the early check in charges charged by the hotel. I am not at all happy with the charges charged by the hotel for early check-in. Since, you guys didn't have any regulations there, we felt completely helpless, paying absorbent amounts to the hotel.

Location is very accessible and good but hotel is not clean

Bathroom was smelly even after keeping a freshner. Room was not cleaned even after telling them in person. My room was slightly dusty and can see clearly behind the bed area. Power was interrupting few times in the night. Not enough plug points in the room, only onle available was behind the bed. Receptionist and few of the staffs are very cooperative

Rooms are not clean, room service is also not good, bathroom taps and geyser is not working. Good thing is it is located in middle of the city so there is no problem in transportation. Rooms are terrible. We had bad experience.

Hotel hygine not good. No toiletries provided, they shifted my luggage to reception when i did not come to hotel kne night.
