I recently stayed at your Hotel Grand Lotus inn- near Akshay Patra Jagatpura and would like to share my feedback regarding the room and service: Room Feedback: The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked efficiently, and the lighting was perfect. However, the bathroom could use some improvements in terms of water pressure and ventilation. It would be nice to have more toiletries and a better selection of tea/coffee supplies. Service Feedback: The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. Room service was prompt and professional. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall Experience: I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. With a few minor improvements, the experience could be even better. The Hotel Grand Lotus inn- near Akshay Patra Jagatpura was easy to reach in good locality. Food quality was also good. The staff was courteous n helping. They arranged birthday cake on request at 12 :30 am. Overall hygiene n cleliness was good i enjoyed staying and my family members were also of same opinion.
