Having visited Kochi for over 5 times this home stay proved to be best among the rest. It's located in calm area. The host is extremely polite and had information to all of our query. He even arranged us delicious idli sambar for breakfast based on our request. The rooms are clean and tidy and bathrooms are spacious. Wi-Fi works great. Had booked 3 deluxe rooms. Since we were group of 8 he went out of way and upgraded one or 3 rooms to suite. That was unexpected and thanks to George, the host. Got very good deal from MMT. Host is new to the industry but surely learning things and considering our inputs. A must stay in Fort Kochi. Room service is unavailable as there are no staff. This is not a drawback for all good things which we get.

Location was nice, service was good rooms were an antique nice and tidy, George Benedict the owner very friendly natured person, made us feel home, all Home Stayzs near by, fort Kochi beach accessible by walk, nice chai places and easy transportation to Cheri beach and overall a good experience at elim homestay

Elim Homestay is value for money. The best part is its cleanliness and the owner is very nice and friendly person. All the tourist spot are near to the Home Stayz If I come againt to fort Kochi I will definitely stay at this place again

Nice comfortable room albeit a bit on the small side. Very clean and nice facilities. Location is handy and we even saw an elephant walk past the homestay for a festival !!

Location is very great and very silent all good restaurants are near by. Facilties given by them was very good like WiFi, hot water, homemade breakfast. Its worth to stay at elim. Rooms were very clean. Good service
