Hotel Icris Mylapore

Not at all hygienic. Rooms were smelling, smell of fungus from the walls, and a lot of mosquitoes. On the top of that no water bottles available. No pest control for insects done in recent past. Visible big insects in the room.

Terrible experience. Very poor response at the reception. Teared bed sheets, dirty pillow cover. Lots of mosquitos.

Need improvement in cleanliness no drinking water no mat available in the hotel any where in the room.

Located in a prime part of the city, the hotel is pretty calm. The rooms were pretty big. But the maintenance was very poor. The walls were chipped and dirty. If they could do some maintenance and provide with some functional amenities. It would make an amazing experience.

Everything was bad. The atmosphere the location the service. They didn’t provide even water for out 2 night stay. No food services no cleanliness bad hygiene. We were welcomed in our room with torn and stained bed sheets. Horrible service. The entire place had a demonic vibe felt horrible there place gave such negative energy. It was so gloomy. Horrible place and staff not recommended to anybody

No neatness they are not providing service not changing bedsheets and blankets not cleaning the room if we ask they are scolding us

It was really dirty, there was no latch for the door, you'll be able to hear conversation from other rooms, towel and toiletries will be provided on request, it doesn't remotely look like the pictures, but the staff was nice

Non of the lights are not working, no hangers. No matters, no water, cupboards are non-functional and not closing. The washroom is not clean and full of stains. Not at all value for money

I stayed for 6 days but daily room cleaning and changing of toiletaries was not done for the 6 days and there is no chair in the room also

In night time so many rat running inside the room very bad maintenance don’t take for seeing photos base

We checked out the room as soon as we checked in. Its full of mosquitoes and bed bugs. Please refund the money since we didn’t stay at the hotel

No maintenance, wash room stinky and buckets are dirty not cleaned, water leakage, rats running around in the bedroom and noisy kind of rats fight the hole night, where i vacated room first in the next morning

Really good we really liked the stay a bit better room service would be appreciated though but overall good

Place has potential. Very poorly maintained. Lots of broken cracks. Rats running around in the night. Front office looks scary and not professional. Staff un professional.

Room is clean and neat and worthy for that money. Really liked it. Pleasant stay. The staff also very good

The bed spreads and pillows are dirty and tanned. There is no partition wall in toilet and only glass partition available, which is visible. There is no chairs and table available in the room. No room service available. No intercom facility to connect the reception. The only good thing in the hotel is the staff. He is very calm and attentive

Hotel was not good. Ppl don't kn proper language. Room was not good. No ac in room. Room service not available

The furnishing inside was not good. The place is located in an odd location. The receptionist couldnt communicate well with the location. And they seemed creepy.
