Hilda Homestay | Rooms & Guided Treks

Stay was nice. Room is small but it was fine since we are couples. Breakfast options can be improved further and one more cons is the narrow road in front of location so even four wheeler vechiles also not able to enter and we need to walk at-least 1km to pick cabs. Rest behaviour, ambience all fine.

I like to thank the host who is such a star. We are really impressed with her service and her positive attitude. Rooms were well maintained and was kept neat and clean for us. The view is awesome from the house. Hilda will be always my first choice on my next visit 😊

Only breakfast can be provided @200/person. We had a good stay, the land lady komal took care about our stay. Location was not good, filthy and very narrow road.

Yes it was quite good. And behaviour of owner is very good. Breakfast is wow. They are very helpful.

Hilda was an amazing experience, my host komal, took very good care of me, the rooms are super cosy and beautifully decorated, and also you wake to the beautiful sunrise view of the mountains and the monastery bells, one can easily walk around entire darjeeling from there, as it is centrally located, ideal for solo female travellers.

It was a good experience. Good services provided by host. Near from darjeeling mall, breakfast was good

1. Very bad experience staying on this property because bed sheet is very dirty not even staff is supportive. 2. Geyser was not working and informed the management but didn't take action. 3. The property was not on the suitable location.

Worst, terrible, rude, they provide broken accessories and bring people(dada type) from outside and threaten to kill & pay an excessive amount which is not possible for ordinary people like us. Cost of booking attract you but after payment the are not helping you out,

This trip being my first solo trip, all i wanted was a good peaceful place to stay. It fulfills that wish. It was a nice stay very near to main centre of the city. The host is very nice and welcoming.

Hilda homestay has been amazing for the past couple of days to us. The ambience and the room were homely to us. The caretaker were so soft and polite through nature. We are happy to share our part of trip with hilda homestay. Last but not the least, the rooms were clean and well kept.

Putting this first because the homestay does not immediately come to eye; the homestay is opposite the sherpa monastery. The room was really comfortable and all amenities were provided. There was a geyser so hot water was available, the wifi was working perfectly and they also provided us with a room heater. The host was very courteous and prompt to address our issues.

Big and cozy rooms, located at walkable distance from mall road and great hospitality. The only downside was we didn't find any heater in the room.

Nice behaviour, nice location specially near from chowrasta, mall road, good environment and no any disturbance from owner of home. Overall great experience and stay in hilda homestay.

The walls and the floor were wet all the time. All our luggage got wet. Blanket not cleaned properly. Considering the such high room rent the stay was not worth.

What can i say? it's an amazing experience and great hospitality. Rhea was good host. Helped us a lot.

Location is very poor. Room was not comfortable. Water facility not available. In room there was poor mobile network.

Good for staying. It is couple friendly. Staffs behavior is so good. Toilet door is to be modified. Moreover it is good. I am happy.

Beautiful and clean room, clean bathroom, delicious breakfast. Very near the mall. Will recommend booking this homestay.

I just find the place on mm t when i find a homestay near mall which is walking distance from mall but also quite, because i want to go to mall but also want the calmness of darjeeling. Its the best place which has both the quality.
