Hotel Yang's Inn

I had a wonderful experience at Yeng Keng Hotel. The food was delicious, with a nice variety of both local and continental options. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality really made the stay more comfortable and memorable. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and heritage-rich stay in George Town!

Very bad services of hotel

I booked Yans Inn, however I was given a room in Comfort inn. No bathroom amenities, only one towel never changed, room was not cleaned, breakfast choice was only Roti sabzi, could not have breakfast both the day. View was terrible. Overall very bad experience never expected ,

We were not given room at yang inn. Neither we got our selected view room. I got room in comfort inn

Very nice hotel to stay. The beauty is in the morning you just need to move your window curtains, almighty kanchenjunga will be in-front of you. No need to go to tiger hill. The hotel itself is very beautiful. Magnificent view of kanchenjunga with neat clean rooms. Good hospitality, good food and great room service. Spacious room and second thing the owner mr pravin rai friendly and frankly always try to take care of their guest.

Good and cordial. Restaurant is on the ground floor. Foods are good. Facility of free wifi is also available. The behaviour of the staff is too sweet and soft. The food was awesome. I came here for vacation with my family and enjoyed the beauty of darjeeling. The view from my room was amazing, also we can see kanchenjunga, that experience was too good. The hotel is located near mall. I suggest you to stay in yang's inn darjeeling.

This place has one of the best viewes of kanchenjungha range in darjeeling. One can enjoy the treasures of kanchenjunga view while sitting in the room over a cup of hot coffee. Every rooms have mountain views. Good hospitality and most importantly amazing ambience. The house staff at hotel yang's inn is ever smiling, very cooperative and eager to make your stay happy and happening here. Tasty food. Breakfast has great variety. Mr. Pravin rai the property owner, is a very warm and helpful person. He is there to greet and address even the minutest of problem, if any cropped up during our stay

The hotel staff are rogues and goondas and any family staying is not advisable. It is very risky. No vehicle can reach the location and is a harrowing experience for senior citizens or sick people. There are no amenities. Geyser for hot water is locked by the hotel. No provision for heating of room. No drinking water. Complete disaster and waste of money. The charges are too high but the facilities are not

Again visit darjeeling. We were given special kanchenjunga view family room with private balcony. Wonderful kanchenjunga view. Bathroom very clean. And for our kids, very spacious family room was given. Service very good. This place is on exultant location very near mall road. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Specially, owner mr pravin rai are very good and cooperative. . Have all facilities, spacious family room. Recommend for family with kids. Liked the variety of items for breakfast.

Room is very small after adding 3 persons and tv is not working after lots services and room bed is not good and hot water is not working.

I was amazed on the view from room, my work was super productive from here

It's a lodge not the hotel, room is very dirty, mattress is third class, lenin is very old n dirty, drinking water is not available, geyser is not working, tv is not working, food quality worst, room services is not available

1. I booked the room with breakfast. But the denied to give water without cost. 2. I booked room with balcony. But the balcony is not private. Anybody can go there. And the privacy in my room has gone. And also the window can not be closed properly. From balcony anybody can access in this room.

Hotel is too match shabby and hotel staffs are unprofessional. I think they kept a angry clawon at reception. They lady was too much unprofessional and she doesn't have minimum knowledge of hospitality or knowledge in hotel industry. Other staffs does not respond on time and looks disturbed to serve us.

It’s a pleasant experience at yang’s inn.
