Desert Dream Holiday Resort

Had a best experience in sam in the Desert Dream holiday Resort! Their facilities, their services and everything overall was fabulous! We had a lot of fun in the cultural programme… And the best thing we loved was the food each time!!

"An unforgettable desert experience! We had an incredible stay at this resort in the Sam Sand Dunes of Jaisalmer. The tents were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was fantastic. The camel safari at sunset was a highlight, followed by a wonderful folk dance and music program under the stars. A truly memorable trip. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Jaisalmer desert."

Very lousy service, dinner was served at 9:00 PM, no hot water in tent, no provisions of heat in cold tent, staff tried to get as much money from guests as possible, bad hygiene, water bottle rates were different from different staff members, will never go there again and recommend everyone to avoid this place at any cost

Hygiene and water issues and food was bad bad

This is a poorly managed property though they were trying to make it good but still these are very dirty camps with dirty bedsheets pillows and towels. Next day i stayed in a different camp and found a great difference between these two.

More attention is required to the rooms, it should be neat and clean. And should have hot water facilities all over the day.

Good food. Great cultural night in the evening. Excellent hospitality from the staff. Clean rooms with very good washrooms

This review is not just to undermine the tourism in jaisalmer or not to undermine the efforts of people here. But mm t is taking suchandra huge amount for booking these properties they should give a fair idea of these properties. Food you cannot eat, how much ever hungry you are. Bed and linen is so dirty and smelly, they don't wash it for years it look like. No toiletries or clean wash room. Make your mind to stay in a damp, dirty smelly room and enjoy the desert safari. Other than that mm t and these facilities are looting you.

stay is average. I am not feel good while staying there.The safari & cultural events are also not good.

House keeping is average hot provision is not available in room, only morning they are supplying. Food is average.

The stay was very good. The hospitality starting from telephonic support to location and then during the stay period the following arrangements are just heart touching- 1. Welcome during visit and the. Arrangement in tent 2. Arranging for the desert safari with polaris bikes, camel and thar is just mesmerising. 3. Welcoming back in return from safari with welcome drink and evening cultural program arrangements. Overall a heartwarming experience and yes not to forget the star gazing with sleeping outside on a matress especially when it goes dark with zero light around.

Stay was good. Food arrangement should be better. Hospitality was very very good. Many things promised on mm t was not actually there. No wifi was there, but staffs v ere prompt.

Best luxury camp is the thar desert. I'm really happy today. Safari desert camp, camel, safari sunset point jeep safari royal amazing. Bless best rajasthan culture dance dj party group dance, campfire music party. You understand you didn't have amazing food delicious. Both tasty food breakfast past hot cold water. It is purely newly build having only tent, compound construction is in progress and not having its own kitchen, water supply, entry gate all are using of some other near by resorts

The overall experience was excellent all staff and services are also good. I recommend you visit and enjoy your trip

Its so nice place and the hospitality to the core, i came early to the place but the owners are received us warmly and provided complementary foods and services, this stay is very good for both family and friends. I came with my family and we very much liked it.

The resort's facilities are top-notch, with a variety of activities to suit every taste, from camel rides and jeep safaris to cultural performances and stargazing.

Superstay. staff is very helpful and polite. Delicious food. room are also good. overall i want to say that it was a amazing trip while staying here. The desert activities are quite adventurous.

Jaisalmer 1. Best hospitality, owner and staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to assist us. 2. Camp is located in a very good location with sand dunes very close to the property where they take us for some of the best sunset views. 3. Well lit rooms/tents which are huge with spacious bathrooms, the room was very clean. 4. To top all of the above, their food was the best, esp dinner had a lot of varieties, couldn’t find a flaw in any of the dishes, always went back to the tent eating more than a stomach full. 5. They made very quick arrangement for coffee by the sunset view point which was very well thought of. 6. They don’t hesitate to help you have the best experience at any point.
