behaviour of hotel staff is very rude,having any and cockroach and moving cats in hotel and food quilty of hotel is very poor, and water in the swimming pool is very unhealthy and cleanliness of hotel is very bad

Services & hotel ambiance are good however food is not so good as compared to the expensive rate card. The staff is very cooperative.

Property location is Good , Walking Distance of about 7,8 minute from Beach . Services are also Good still There Bathroom needs exhaust as it smells after use due to poor ventilation. Also they gave bottle charged me at breakfast when I asked for water although Breakfast was included in stay ideally they should provide water free with Breakfast. Also water Bottle charges are more than MRP. Room is Good still not very premium but Good for staying.

The hotel was very near to the calangute beach and all the shopping places are nearby and with good ambiance and i recommend for the upper middle class

just lost of money....no room service .....chuhe daudte hai ac me aur room me ....staff behaviour so roude... canteen is so bad .....

They provided 4th floor room which was not that good plus there were 4-5 rats in the room as it was on the top floor with NO lift i repeat No lift

Service staff very less & rude. Complaint to the owner aniruddh also, he also talked rudely. No housekeeping at proper time. Toiletries not available. Internal telephone not working. No lift in a 3 storey building. Not even worth listing on mmt or any other platforms.

Hot water facility was not up to standard. Hot water is only available from 10 am to 11 am only. If you want early morning then there is no 2nd option you have to bath with cold water. My flight was in the morning hence there was not hot water. I think better options available in the same cost at goa. Pols avoid it

Non recommend at any cost they charged us with breakfast & when we went to have breakfast they only have bread butter, sandwich, up-ma & aloo sabji without poori & cold tea now talking about room we were allotted room at 3 rd floor 313 they dont have life you have to climb 3 fllors room is so tiny that it starts & get end we had already talked for early check-in but after that too they made us wait for an hour to give room bed was in so bad condition we were scared it font get collapsed anytime now about cleanliness room was very untidy it looks good only in pics telephone was there but not working so you're unable to contact for anything required my rating is 0 and never book here

We have a pleasant stay at casa eternal, it is nearby to calangute beach, room service is also good, staff behaviour is nice, the only problem is it doesn’t have lift. Also, food is average.

This hotel is one of the best hotel we stayed in. staff is 24hours there to help you,if you will order meal it will be there at your room within 30mints, this hotel is worth the money you spent.🤝

very average stay, no hot water in the tap, the extra bed provided was not at all in proper state to sleep, u will definitely get a back problem, no staff in the kitchen to prepare breakfast, you will get only 1/4 of anything you ask at a time because he wants to serve to everyone, then you wait for ur no again to get the other 1/4 to eat😡so overall not that good to stay with family

- you enter property with refreshing cocum to welcome you - staff is very welcoming & understanding - even the food is good, goa offer variety of food however in the end you need a breakfast that feels like home and can fill you in energy for whole day hassle. They did well. - and the beach, wow is like at 2 min walk straight from property kudos to you guys!
