Terrible Stay

No service no hospitality, there are no towels, no dental kit, no toiletries and no water bottle in room. Further on booking of executive rooms, they have provided us deluxe rooms which is really not acceptable.

Pathetic & waste of money

It all started as soon as we reached the destination l, the location is falsified which is 1. 5 km far from the mentioned location but in interiors. Once i reached the hotel the room was one of the lethargic and had a bad smell (sewer, upon requesting 4-5 times nothing happened & eventually when we forced it was changed to another room (tiny) which couldn't accommodate 3 people. Food was dull & dump; despite ordering the highest paid food we have been cheated by changing the food. The attendant tried to help but didn't feel as if it was under his custody/forte. Had a terrible stay

familyHotel is good and hospitality is very good. My train was at 3 pm from haridwar railway station. It was rainy day. Hotel maneger arrange his own car for railway station without any cost.
