Poor Stay

1. The property and room, both were very small for someone charging an exorbitant amount ! 2. Service was bad. A) there were no slippers in the room, not even for the washroom area, b) the staff didn't even offer to help with the bags, even though they saw that we have a trolley and the entrance was steep 3. There was barely any privacy as the room directly opened into the common area that lead to the reception, plus the walls were too thin so you could hear everything. This room leads to the common area

Hi Yashasvi, Feedback has been shared regarding staffing issue highlighted. You booked a suite with a master bedroom which has a connecting room with a single bed and a small lobby - 312 + sq feet. This is a 2 acre property - not small by any means! We would be happy to give you a 50% discount if you would like to visit us again as you fee you did not get your money’s worth at my home.

The rooms were very clean and the host always showed his eagerness to help us. The location of the hotel was a little disappointing but it bore in itself an old world charm to it. Overall i would recommend the hotel to everyone for a comfortable stay in the queen of hills.
