Trident Nariman Point

Great location, great service. Facilities are amazing. The breakfast was good. The views from an ocean view room (2322) were out of the world. The teppanyaki should get a special mention. Chef Eduardo is amazingly talented and a great chef/host. He made our dinner so special. The pool and steam room were great, most of the staff were very courteous and hospitable. Only negatives- the concierge had a few goof-ups and a server at breakfast service was quite dismissive. When I need to extend the stay one person at the front desk said I can only do it through the booking platform I had previously used and they can’t do it/I have to call the reservation desk. Then another person said it’s going to cost more (which is fine) but they can’t do it and they did it. Other than this the experience was pretty perfect. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my recent stay at this Trident Nariman Point! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfy, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of options to suit every taste. What really made my stay stand out, though, was the exceptional service - the team went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic time. Can't wait to come back!"

Extraordinary stay spend very good time there. The food is also awesome in Frangipani and coffee at verandah. It was a great experience. It is not stay it is like emotion when we are staying there, the pool was outstanding is amazing and the food and breakfast time was super super super. It is one of the greatest properties in India maybe it’s all Property, I would say.

From check-in to check-out, the experience at Trident Mumbai was nothing short of seamless. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely courteous — a rare quality in big city Trident Nariman Points. The rooms were spotless, with beautiful views of Ocean and thoughtful amenities. It was beautiful and our rooms were beyond expectations. The staff of Trident is extremely kind and helpful. Overall a 11/10 stay.

The stay was luxurious. The staff was awesome and very humble to make sure the guests were comfortable. We had to wait for about 45 minutes for our rooms. but the staff at the booking counter and others made us comfortable with a coffee. thanks a lot for making our weekend special. looking forward to having many more stay at Trident.
