Bad service rooms was unhygienic

Room and atmosphere was good but receptionist is very poor. They asked the 30 rs for 20 rs water bottle and not quickly responding to the request. We need to tell multiple times then they will respond.

The overall experience was just average. Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes due to some technical issues, which was a bit frustrating. The room was just okay nothing special, but manageable for a short stay. Breakfast was quite limited and not very impressive in terms of quality or variety. Definitely room for improvement

Excellent Stay

Good room, clean and well maintained. The washroom was hygienic and the geyser worked well providing hot water. Good water pressure. Good veg breakfast consisting of two dishes, fruit, toast, tea and juice. TV worked with all channels. AC, while not very cooling, maintained the average temp at around 21 C. The room was quite large. Location is excellent with a meter auto stand right at the exit. Located at the center of the city, this is an excellent choice for its budget range. Check in was quick, checkout was simple. No hassles. Would recommend again. This was booked for a family trip of 3 folks.

Terrible Stay

not worth the money. I booked this for the entire night but arrived at 6am since the hotel was right next to the passport office. took an hour to check in, the room was unclean and had insects, and the general feel of the property was unsafe. I received calls from Reception and hour before check out time, asking me if I can vacate sooner than 12pm

Good but overpriced

The stay was average. A bit overpriced for the service and rooms provided. There was room service only in the morning . Coming from a different city finding dinner was difficult and thought the staff could help us out . But didnt work that way . Plus point is the location of the hotel

Comfortable Stay at the Best Location

The best part of the stay was the central location - with easy access to autos and buses. There are good restaurants nearby - Pabbas and Swati Veg Restaurant. We were also allowed early check in and the complementary breakfast was decent. Thank you for the stay!
