Frequent power cut unclean toilets torn towel no comb or toothbrush/paste no parking as advertised. Such simple amenities should have been provided at the tariff levied.

All service good. Very easy location in Kanpur Kalyanpur. So I'm coming next time Kanpur and again book same hotel.

Only positive point is that it is near by IIT Kanpur, but not value for money

It was a normal hotel, it is very near to IIT Kanpur, only advantage.

Location is good, food rate is too high, bed cover, pillow cover were very dirty, washroom is very dirty also. My experience is bad.

The wash basin outlet is not directed to outlet drain, water flowing on floor. The AC is not seen to be working. Toilet accessories should be provided. Water can be bisleri one bottle complimentary per person. Otherwise clean. Some bed sheets are having holes

Bed sheets stained. All around foul smell.
Not good hotel for stay. Wont prefer in future.

This is the awesome place to stay for me and my wife. I've always been satisfied with the services of the hotel. Hotel staff is so good and polite.

Terrible experience. Electricity goes every now and then. You don't get non-veg here and you can't even bring non-veg food with you. And the most terrific part is, you'll get your tea after you call them 3-4 times and it'll take at least an hour.

Hotel is good for short stay and I like the food very much. On the road and you can park your car out side

Poor service, rude behaviour of, no added benefits. Too costly foe the services they provided.

Hotel location and Room were very decent however restaurant services are pathetic and slow. I have to wait for more than 30 mins for my order. Even they have provided breakfast after 8:15 AM however I have mentioned about my early meeting at 8:30 AM someother location. Other things were fine.

Highly unprofessional attitude of hotel staff, no basic facilities like you have to wait till 8 am to get morning tea. It's located bang on the got road opposite Kalyanpur Railway station so forget about the peace of mind. It's almost impossible to sleep at night due to horn and whistles of truck bus and trains. There is no lift facility, rooms are too small, dirty linen, AC too was not working properly. It was totally a pathetic experience.

Room was good, all accommodation were OK.. But sometimes there is problem on TV channels. Food was also good, staff was also cooperative. Enjoyable moments are also there. So finally this hotel is good for staying.

The escalator was not there and the staircase are very steep. The rooms could have been bigger. The location is OK as it is close to iit and there is no other hotel. The management is very cordial and friendly.

An average hotel. Located on NH with poor surroundings. Very small rooms. Wash room was so poorly managed with lot of pipes etc. Toiletry were of poor standard. Quality of foods was average. There was nothing to describe a good. Every thing was in mess there were hardly any sign of management.

Only good part is the location that too besides a gated community. The hotel staff is hugely arrogant as expected in Kanpur. It's more of a lodge. Gates are locked post 12 so be inside before 12 or stay outside. No help in case of emergency also A poor management for even a short stay

Well maintained budget hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well decorated. As for cleanliness, it is well and can be improved. The food was good. What was most important to me was its location.

The best thing I like about the hotel is its location easily accessible with all transport that you require. Service of the hotel is average as per standards. Cleanliness is OK. Not that good but overall nice stay we had at the hotel.
