Hotel was good but ot was far away from city room was just right bathroom was horrible although bathrooms has geyser but toilet seat was not good. Bucket 🪣 and mug was also not good. Cleanliness was 0. I haven’t clicked pics.

we were made to wait for 1 hour 15 mins for out checkin. The staff at the reception were untrained and ill- mannered. the room weren't cleaned appropriately and no toiletries were arranged. No bath towels were given and AC remotes were not available. when asked about the same the property car taker replied " you are not doing a favour on us by staying here, you should have checked the rooms prior, anyway it's not that we are profitable because you book the room. we paid for two deluxe rooms yet were provided with one deluxe room and one bedded room as the hotel rooms were full according to the care taker when we booked the rooms prior.

Worst hotel i have ever stay. No cleaning, no senitisation, no facility, dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets

Hi mm t yesterday experience was pathetic in the beginning time of check in receptionist denied to give us room after having and argument with them for 1 hour one time i supposed to call police then provide us room ! now moving forward to room conditions are worst rooms smelling badly washroom are not in using condition due to this we checked out early 5 am in morning ! hope you as brand working in favour of custemr for good experience
