Got good sleep during my solo stay. Room was quiet and clean. Staff were polite and check in was smooth and easy.

I felt completely secure during my solo stay, with proper room locks and attentive staff that provided peace of mind throughout my entire visit here.

Experience was very bad. The parking was a big issue — every time they asked us to relocate our scooty. The bedsheet was torn, the washroom was not clean, and the room was not even prepared before our check-in. The AC was not working, the telephone didn’t work to call the reception, and there was no working WiFi. In the morning, we asked for hot water 6 to 7 times but received no help. The staff was really rude and uncooperative. We had to check out without taking a bath because there was no hot water. I strongly suggest you do not make the same mistake we did. Please do not book this stay. This was my first really bad experience with a hotel stay.

bedsheet are not clean at all lights goes off in every 1 hour no 1 for help in reception no direct contact number to connect with the hotel staff or manager

location was good. but service was very poor.no hot water in the evening,no food service,no proper toilet,room was also not up to the mark,no hot water was provided.t.v was not working. i request the staff to give good hospitality

It's good place to hangout, I don't know for the group stay availability but for a bike rider, solo traveller will like this place

Stay was excellent, clean room and bathroom, 24 hrs hot water was the best thing, beautiful view from balcony, enough space for car parking, best in safety and security, 2 mirror, wash basin, cupboard, chairs big size bed, 2 dustbin, dining table, extra drawer etc. Things made us fees luxury stay location was very peaceful, neat and clean property paid tours to various points were offered which is best for those who don't have personal vehicle tv in our room was not working but we were not bother of it coz didn't hd time for it location is ideal and equal distance for both mahabaleshwar and panchagani reception person was available on one call for service and was very humble person luxurious stay in very small amount thus value for money.

the hotel room was so good but there is the problem of no network and no wifi working facilities and also no tv working. but the hotel owner was so friendly they guiding us for mahabaleshwar trip they provided us taxi for our trip. thank you 🌹❤

I had very bad experience in his hotel, there no facility, they told lie that they have restaurant in hotel, but nothing is there. Very dirty toilet 🚻, No easy taxi service, Room TV is not working, Since 3 days now, nobody came to clean the room. they don't have hot water facility to have bath.

rooms was ok ok . car parking is available but road near hotel is very steep it will be little difficult for learner driver

The rooms were not clean, we had to ask for each and every room amenities (soap, water bottle, ac, etc) instead of them being provided as part of the payment we did. The wifi was also not working. Not suitable for families, or someone who wants a nice pleasing stay.

The room was average. But the balcony view is good. No wifi connection and no mobile network. Hot water available in the bathroom. Parking is also available.

Location is good. Helpful persons owner and manager is good in nature. But food and breakfast not available, need to order from other restaurants.

Checkin was smooth, view from the room, balcony was excellent. Amenities were good. Wifi could have been better as there is no network in rooms, wifi is essential.

As a tourist, only rooms are provided and rest nothing is available with their own speciality no food, nothing available all around vicinity of that hotel. No body care you during stay. Yes parking is available but location not suitable for tourist visiting mahabaleswar.

Faced following issues- 1) only one room service person is available to manage all persons, therefore you need to remind him again and again to get your work done and he is taking a lot of time. 2) hot water is available only after 07 am. Hot water tap in my room is faulty and they have no solution for that. We need to arrange from other rooms through bucket only (self. 3) bed are not comfortable, spring in bed trouble a lot.

Overall best experience in villa, budget friendly, room is clean , supportive staff, we had only breakfast and quality is good,villa location is best because villa is between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar.
