Terrible Experience – Booking Cancelled Last Minute I had an extremely disappointing experience with the property owner on MakeMyTrip. Our booking was confirmed, and we were literally one minute away from reaching the destination when the owner suddenly cancelled the booking without any prior notice or explanation. This kind of unprofessional and irresponsible behavior is unacceptable, especially when people are traveling with luggage and possibly kids or elderly members. We were left stranded with no place to go, causing us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I booked in good faith, trusting the platform and the host, but this experience was a complete nightmare. MakeMyTrip should take strict action against such hosts who don’t respect guests’ time and trust. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent

Stay was nice and comfortable, only problem was they could not recognise the booking at the start and had to re-verify multiple times. The room landline was also not working so had difficulty in room service. Otherwise staff was quite responsive and helpful.
