Resort was too small pool was not at all good it was small not able to enjoy rooms were not clean hot water didn’t turned in the pics it looked good but directly when we visited it is not good no cleanliness of cleaning the unwanted grass grown the huts were just for show off totally it was bad experience we didn’t took bath also no meal was provided to us

The location of the hotel was really good, a good swimming pool to relax and friendly owner. The only thing they could add is to provide handwash, body wash and toothpaste kit

The location was not so good and it was located in an agricultural remote area. The property was not safe for my family to Stay. The kind of accommodation and hospitality they provided was not up to the mark. The rooms were too small. It was not valued for money Stay. Only the bachelors can visit this place.

Attentive and humble staff, especially the manager was a very nice person. Property ambiance was very calm and peaceful. Food quality was good. Clean and cozy room. There should be a play area for children. Property was value for money and recommendable.

Three Roots is a good name but resort service and fake amenities

I stayed there from 6 to 8 and whatever amenities they have mentioned are not available. No restaurant, no kitchen, no spa, no gym, no doctor or medicine as we asked but no is the answer from hotel staff.

The Stay was good

The location was a great place to Stay. The room was small and no hot was available and service was slow. The receptionist was a very kind person but the staff was ok type. Had no issues with the security and it was a clean place. I can recommend this place for a Stay but if a person goes for a visit to Wayanad then it is not good as all the places were far away.

The property was good but there was nothing special about it. There were no special amenities provided. And during our Stay, the restaurant was closed as the chef was on holiday. As the property was a bit far from the City and there was no transportation facilities, had to put an effort for food as only the breakfast was provided.

coupleThe property is accessible and also easy to find. The rooms were good enough but not that spacious. Had dinner and breakfast. It was not great but was good. The staff was also not proper, they were temporary staff. The place is also clean.
