Room was not clean, too much dirty, no clean water, infact no water for bathing, I was surprised that, Why Make my trip is making commission money by registering worst hotels on their hotels... I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel in Matheran. Despite booking for *3 people*, we were charged *extra for a mattress for the third person, which was quite unreasonable. The *room and washroom were very small and unclean*, and there was no dustbin or doormat provided. To make things worse, we found *cockroaches in the mattress*, which the staff outright denied instead of taking responsibility. The *commode was unstable*, and the *washroom window opened directly into the dining area*, which was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. Only one towel was provided for three people, and when we raised these concerns, the staff responded casually, saying, "That's how we do things here"—completely unprofessional and dismissive.
