There was no scam, ma'am. First of all, you booked a room category without a view, and the price you paid was 2500. You were asking for a Jacuzzi room, which costs 8000. Feel free to report this; we have no issues with that. However, I must clarify that I do not need guests like you at all.

We would like to clarify that our homestay is not a hotel, which is why there is no lift and the access road may not be as wide. However, we do have a 2000-liter water tank, ensuring that there are no water supply issues during your stay. Additionally, our caretakers are available at all times to assist with any concerns or problems you may encounter. Therefore, we find this review to be completely unacceptable, as we strive to provide a comfortable and accommodating experience for all our guests.
