The rooms did not look anything like shown in the pictures. There were so many lizards all around and the AC was also not working properly. Rooms were overall very shabby. I checked out 5 minutes after checking in.

The cottage & rooms are aesthetically done, it’s right beside the waters. A very homely feel and very clean. The food also was very nice kerala cuisine almost felt like home. A good place to relax .

I checked in late in the evening and since i was tired after a long journey asked for some food so i could rest after eating. They said they didnt have any. Later they said that i can get rice and curd which they brought to my room. It was difficult for me to eat it because of some ingredient which made it difficult to swallow. I was moved into another room which was leaking bcos of the rain and the food they brought was pure poison. I had health problems after taking a little bit and i didnt eat any after this. I will not go back there again.

Room was neat and clean but they didn't provide basic needs like soap, paste etc. Breakfast was complementary but only one item like idly and sambar is not upto the standards.

It is a beautiful riverside resort. It has natural surroundings. As a birdwatcher, i could see many birds - both waterbirds and land birds. Even saw a mongoose, it is peaceful and quiet, it has been cleanly maintained, the staff is very helpful and cooperative. The rates are quite reasonable.

We stayed in villa which nice clean and spacious. But due to river too many mosquitoes at evening good food provided for breakfast lawn and garden was very nice.

The stay and food was good. Faced some difficulty during the night and the nearby room had a set of gents and was loud till almost 11-12 at night. Since i had a 1 year old baby with me it was difficult for baby to sleep. Staffs were really friendly and helping

Place is ok but has lot of mosquito issues as it's near to the riverside i guess & room sizes are also too small including the bed size and bathroom, if you are xxl size do not consider this property, it's a warning, food is good, staff is ok, owner of the property doesn't come there often so it's not supervised

I had planned for 2 days visit in the villa. The rooms were of highest standrad of prestigious interiors. The nature of staff was very cooperative. The location is serene being next to the tea estate, with misty surrounding. One can always find his inner peace in this location of "god's own county" !
