Walking distance from the boating ticket counter. Excellent food provided.

Owner of this home stay was very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Has all basic amenities. Periyar Tiger Reserve is just 10 mins walk from this place. Also it's near by market place. We had very nice and comfortable stay here.

Though we reached earlier we were allowed to check in. Rooms were clean, and saw sambar deer, boar and bison from the balcony. Clean bedsheets and sun dried beds. Booked two rooms and got a interconnected room.

Clean and near the forest. Can see common forest animals. Geyser was switched on early morning according to our wish.

House owner is very polite and helpful. Homestay owner booked our ticket for kalari and kathakali as soon as we got to the place and that got very unique experience of life.

Rooms are good but some basic amenities like food, room service are not there. Owner's behaviour is polite and helpful. Require more improvement.

This is good place to stay with jungle view owner is very polite & helpful, rooms neat and clean, this hotel is in main road and parking available outside the hotel, kathakali & marshal art show with in one km, owner booked ticket for us in advance, please book your tickets at least 3 hr before during rush time, elephant ride 4 km, please avoid coming in season time, rates are double usual they charge per show but we paid for 2, outside hotel you will find one tea shop

As i booked private balcony room but provide normal low quality room and that room didn't have any tv. Very disappointed with make my trip and the hotel owner.

The reviews itself says all about the homestay. The host mr. Shibu had a very warm and welcoming smile that touches your heart and rooms are very spacious with 24/7 hot water availability. It has a balcony view towards the tiger reserve forest and all the tourist attractions are nearby. If you are on a trip and want a bufget stay, look no further. Kerala homestay won't disappoint you

Back side of the stay view was awesome

Kerala house is a very homely place located just in the heart of thekaddy, very near to periyar lake reserve. Comfortable and clean place, awesome traditional breakfast.

The property was without a doubt the most special stay of our trip. The host mr. Shibu is extremely generous and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean and extremely affordable. The highlight is the hotel falls on the boundary of the periyar national park hence we spotted deers and sambar animals early in the morning. Overall the best stay.

Nice stay with good balcony view

Good location and interaction with family.

Decent stay for the price we pay. The care taker sibu and his wife are nice and cooperative. He is informative and can arrange local trips. No food suply, near by so many options. Little bit difficult for car parking.

Rooms were spacious, very clean washroom and good view of greenery forest from lobby. Location was not on roadside and not proper parking area.
