It’s an excellent property with all amenities that we can think of, it has a kitchen where we can cook ourselves if at all needed, they also have wide menu options to choose from, Rooms are clean and luxurious with hot water available, manager of the property Mr Sabu made sure we have a comfortable stay with no issues, must stay over here if in Munnar.

The property is tucked away in a serene, wilderness setting perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. Waking up to birdsong and forest views through the large windows was a lovely experience. The room amenities were top-notch and the mini gym setup and kitchen were great additions. However, there were a few letdowns. The host, who came highly recommended in other reviews, wasn’t present for the first two days. The food quality could definitely be improved, the pool wasn’t operational during our stay, and there was a full night of power outage. With a bit more attention to these issues, this place could be a perfect nature retreat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kayyath Valley, Munnar! The serene location, breathtaking views, and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. What truly made the experience special was the warm hospitality of the caretaker and his gracious wife, who live on the property. They were incredibly courteous, attentive, and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Every detail was taken care of with genuine care and a smile. Highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a relaxing and heartwarming escape in Munnar! 🌿✨

This resort is located by a hillside. Rooms were sophisticated, neat and clean. We woke up to Birds chirping in the morning. It’s near by to so many zip line and other adventure activities. Host Sabu was so polite and kind. We had good time during our stay at Kayyath Valley. Breakfast was so delicious. Recommended for large groups and couples.

Calm location with friendly staff. Caretaker was friendly and cooperative. He was with us for help and guidance.

Fabulous stay and excellent warmth service from sabu and family they maintain the property like our own home they will make-sure peaceful l atmosphere highly re-commented for family and kids will spend a wonderful l time there
