Karunamoyee Guest House

I share a few experiences in this guest house. 1. The location of this guest house is a very small street There is no way to go by car you have to go by walk only. Also the street is very dirty. 2. The guest house room is much smaller. 3. there is no sign board for the guest house. 4. cleaning is not up to the mark. 5. if you are going with family then I suggest you don't go to this guest house if you are alone without luggage then only go. 6. The staff's behaviour is also not good. 7. There is no separate bed for kids is available. as room size is 8x8 only.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and well-maintained. The food was delicious and had good variety. The location was convenient and peaceful, and the facilities provided made the stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

property is at interior location apart from main road. road toward hotel is unclean. no wifi shared. No TV at Room. no centre table. only a chair and a bed. totally not satisfied

i have some few minutes late for check out they took 50% of payment.. this is not friendly or homestay very rude behaviour 😡😡😡 I'm not Happy with their serv

*The bathroom door doesn't fit in the room. There is a TV but it doesn't work.* *And the biggest thing is that the bedsheets are very dirty.*

Good, well maintained, some renovations going on, water heater available but no electricity connection

We booked room for three adults. Hotel manager selected room for one bed, room no 104 in which we stayed three adults with very uncomfortably.

It is very comfortable to stay in hotel, staffs are competitive and all things are good in this segment.

The location was ok, in the middle of bow bazar. The property's manager mr rahul is a fantastic person, very polite. The property was good.

Your service is very bad. Not understand customers problem they are using badly all customers weakness. They are cut our booking and didn't gave room they asked show your marriage certificate, picture of marriage. We many requests but he not agree to gave me room without marriage certificate. And after than he said book two rooms for marriage couple extra 1200 charge. My money is totally west. Next time we can not tolerate this behaviour

Facilities of the lodge are unhygienic. The management did not provide us even hot water for bathing, unsatisfactory hospitality. . Unhygienic facilities. Unsatisfactory hospitality.

Unhelpful staff and no manners in decent talking. Bad location, unable to take in four-wheeler vehicle to the hotel. Have to walk with luggage half a km to reach. No food inside serve, not water, towel, soup or else. Too bad experience
