I booked this hotel with 2 Room suit for family. It was very troublesome to find the hotel deep in the alleys. An eternity later when we found the hotel, it was disappointing as we only got one room without any basic amenities, there were not facilities as we were promised in the booking invoice such as TV, house keeper, Electric ketli for hot water, without wardrobe/almirah , no clothe hangers were there. It was very misleading and we were duped by the management. The pillows, mattress were not clean and stinky. We were asked to change room however it was taking one to two hours due to which we could miss a visit to the Mall Road. I also tried to call customer care of makemytrip, however I was not able to connect the call so at last with a heavy heart, I decided to stay there as I had no option. overall a very bad experience. Thankyou.

5-6 minutes walking distance from keventers, overall flat road, negligible ups and downs, management excellent, rooms are average, toilet overall clean

Justifies it’s name "kanchan view"

The best part was amazing kanchanjangha view from balcony. Located on gandhi road near circuit house and walking distance to mall road.
