Hotel Sanskar Upvan

First of all it's not a hotel, its a room for marriage hall. Not even single facility was available from the hotel amenities list. No telephone in the room, no hot water, AC not working, unhygienic beds and pillows, no proper curtains so can't even think about taking a nap during day. Terrible experience overall.

Having booked a super deluxe room/suite that should have included AC, tea/coffee maker, dental kit, shower kit, all I got was a room with ill fitted AC and lizards in bathroom. Hotel had contacted me that they are fully occupied due to wedding season but MakeMyTrip still persuaded and promised me they will get the booking confirmed. Though booking was confirmed but MMT did a very poor job and as a result I had to compromise with the quality of stay.

Booked rooms for couple of days but it's not a proper lodging hotel. It's a marriage centre so expect getting facilities in case of any major events. Else you will have to struggle to get basic lodging and boarding facilities. E. G no hot water in taps. Its a part of room service there and sometimes you even won't get it. However, people and food there was fine.

Booking was cancelled by hotel. MMT Shifted our booking to another hotel. Which was a very good property but it took us 2 days to get the correct voucher from MMT and even after receiving the confirmation message. Hotel denied our booking though they provided room but while checking out they asked us to pay for the room. Hotel's mail server was down they couldn't find our booking voucher from MMT. When we showed them sms from MMT, they were not satisfied. We called MMT but there was no response. We showed email in which hotel was in cc to the person on reception. Then only they were satisfied and allowed us to check out. It was a highly mismanaged booking experience and unprofessional attitude of MMT. We were really disappointed. It was humiliating experience.

Nice place for stay, I saw there room are so cleaned, all rooms are too good, I stayed 2 nights there, room service is very fast and total rate we give 5 star rating, because location of hotel was is in main road, campus of hotel are totally covered, food of hotel is good.

All we need to improve service and quality of the food. Value for the money is good. Appropriate location according to purpose. Cleanliness is good. Ambience is good. Service was little slow. Overall, Good Stay

It's okay ... Sorry ... People don't have time to write 200 characters ... And don't make it compulsion ... It's really nonsense ... And time killing too ... So, this aspect should be taken care off to avoid such type of nonsensical activities ...

Stay was comfortable, nice rooms, nice staff, food was good. Location nearby Habibganj railway station. Rooms are too clean. Food quality very good as compared to 3-star hotel.

Staff was educated. Food quality was very good. Rooms are good. I found cleanliness everywhere in whole campus. I recomended to all who comes for travel in Bhopal. Hotel located in main Kolar Road, that Kolar Road and Sair Sapata are nearby from here.
