Very Bad Experience,All rooms are stinksing and Very Bad Smell in Room ,Bathroom also not Good even very bad smell in drinking bottle water .

The room was poorly done. It seems they have not refurbished in last 15 years. The paint on the wall had chipped off at many places. the rooms were smelling.

This place is not a four star. It looks like a Dharamshala. Very lazy staff. Poor hygiene, I even booked breakfast and these people were not even aware that my breakfast is included. Super scam!

Experience was horrible, there was not a single thing that was in proper working condition. The rooms were terribly small washrroms not at all clean dirty stains on bedsheets. Fridge was out of order, the property was not at all maintained. Service was also poor. Ordered tea and had to wait for 1 hr 15 mins to receive it. Absolutely not recommended

It was overall a nice experience. Budget friendly hotel. Staff were cooperative.

lets just say i had an extremely uncomfortable stay at this hotel. the room and washroom was dirty, room's lock was broken, the air conditioning wasn't working, the blankets had cigarette burns and there was little to no staff.

Worst hotel at this price as I booked 3 occupancy and there was only double bed.No room service not even the intercom working pathetic service. Literally unhappy. Complete waste of money

It's too horrible, no intercom ,no television functioning, no any staff available• food is too tasteless,

I selected this property due to ratings and review however my stay was horrible. We had booked 4 Premier rooms by paying extra money however when we saw all rooms at property, there was no difference hence i felt cheated. ROOMS Conditions were very poor, ACs + TV were not working on almost all 4 rooms. Celling fan were making irritable noises whole night in room 29. No intercom, wifi, toiletries were there. Somehow all our family members were very upset during our stay. For food, hotel confirmed that they do not have chief hence they can not provide any food etc. overall it was my big surprise and mistake to book this property.

man power inadequate.No kitchen.Breakfast & dinner brought from outside & served.Electricity fault in many rooms at 10 pm.Could not be restored throughout night.Tea bags in room were old & rotten.Overall performance poor.
