⭐ 1-Star Review for Hotel OG Star I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel OG Star. I had booked 2 AC rooms, but when I arrived, only one AC was working, and the hotel staff failed to resolve the issue even after repeated requests. The room conditions were not as described online, and the service was extremely poor. Due to the non-functional AC and the hotel’s careless attitude, I had no choice but to cancel the check-in. Despite this, the hotel only offered a 20% refund, which is unacceptable since I didn’t even stay in the rooms. I expected at least a 50% refund, considering the inconvenience and breach of service. This experience has left me deeply frustrated, and I would not recommend Hotel OG Star to anyone. Think twice before booking, as you might not get the value or comfort you are promised.

Room was dirty. There was no water in night. Toilet was in very bad condition.

They charged an extra ammount above the booking charges are already paid, they distrubed at night fir confirmation.

No ventilation, no water, bucket and mug are filled with pan parak, no clean bathrooms, no television,
