Hotel is a very good property, but facilities lack in the room. No geyser working, no dustbin, no maintenance of bathroom and room. Old dust and hairs are there in bathroom bit when we asked them to clean they told that there is no one available to clean. Some maintenance is going on.

The hotel is good. The room is quite good. But the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The food is really good. Awesome food.

Room is specious but management is very bad. No hot water in room. Light is not proper. No one pick up reception phone. In future i will never come here. Request mmt to blacklist this hotel and refund my amount.

Very bad hotel. From outside the property is big. But the room and washroom stink. Old furniture and seepage in the room. Totally wasted.

Nearby railway station. Walking distance with good rooms at very affordable price staff was also good they allowed zomato food at the day i stayed there

It was okay there was no hot water, the floor was dusty and not cleaned, tv and hairdryer not even working other than it was okay

Unacceptable and poor service, not maintain room service, i am suffering from fever in early morning and marked calls frequently but no any one picked up the call for assistance. I planned to stay more than 2days but due to this type of service i checkout the hotel and booked another

Bad sheet are so derty campus is not clean and higenic staff behiveor is not so good food quality is worst

There was no lift facility in the hotel, rooms were not properly kept and clean.

Poor amenities with old infrastructure, broken locks and lights. Missing soaps in washroom poor

We had to ask for hangers. They gave only 2 and we had to ask for more, we expected at-least 4 numbers. Hot water for taking bath was not available at all. Lifts were not working.

Ac not working. Basic amenities like tea, coffee bags missing. Service not upto the mark. Kitchen service not available. Noisy bar section within the premises.
