Completely mismanaged. Post checked in, the same room was allocated to someone else and reception front office and they were fighting internally. Housekeeping is not up to the mark. Dishtv wasn’t charged enough and the TV remote was given in broken condition.

Staff politeness, especially at reception, needs improvement. I had to request the Wi-Fi password multiple times and ask not to be moved to a different room, but the receptionist wasn't cooperative. However, housekeeping services were good 👍

coupleI asked for extra water bottle from housekeeping and they ignored my call. After checkout one commodity was left at my room and they didn't checked it out. Overall the behaviour of reception was not good for the query that i asked with them. They were not polite.

Rooms are good but room service needs improvement. I called reception for water, reception asked me to call room service and when i called room service they are saying to call reception. Got the water bottle after 1 hr. Hope this improves.

Hotel stay is good but breakfast is very pathetic. Food has been empty at 10 am. Whereas actual breakfast closure time is 10:30 am. & food quality was also poor. This we have observed at many times. We have stayed here many times. Need to look seriously in this.

If you are paying to stay in 3 star hotel, I believe we have complete right to choose/change the room if we dont like it.
