Excellent and comfortable stay

Stay was good, comfortable and up-to my expectations from st.Laurn. Staff was courteous, room cleaned, bathrooms are huge, view was Road Side, extra pillows available in our room. Mini fridge in room, which was perfect in summers. Small things which were missing were taken care by Hotel staff.
Stay was awesome. Room service excellent. They had provided me WiFi connection 2 MBPs speed with limit of 2 GB, however I exhausted the limit and on request they provided me another WiFi connection to me with same usage without any charges. Also I got toothbrush on request however I just feel it should be included in room obviously no one charged me for it also on request they gave me top floor room in just one go. Overall room service and staff was courteous. Buffet breakfast was good. Lots of options to eat. Will surely recommend this Hotel.

Bel Air is located at a very happening hub. It feels very young and all the pubs are within 500 meters.

Poor Stay

Poor service on morning breakfast. Absolutely cold tea and food. No provision of glass and incomplete bathroom amenity. Very average for the cost.

Location was good. Cleanliness above an average. Service was average maintenance below average price high.
Apart from AC was not working, there was not enough force for water. Taking a shower was therefore very inconvenient. Also water glass were not provided. When I ordered for glasses, I given plastic glasses.
