Simple and quiet, unassuming place, just like the native pahadis- that I admire. I relished the vista from the restaurant floor, that is also the top floor of the property. Surrounded by the govt. establishments, this area feels like how the old Shimla must have been before it became the weekend jaunt for Delhi-walas. Rooms are a bit small and old style. Clean and workable for simple minded travellers like me :)
