Good for stay. Staff behaviour is good.

Very bad experience. Staff was rude and unprofessional.

Don’t book this Ashram. Their staff is rude and doesn’t even know how to talk with the visitors. We booked the family room and they provided us with mattresses instead of a bed in winter time. This is ridiculous and the guy who sits at reception is uneducated and doesn’t know the basic manners.

This place is 2.6 km away from Banke Bihari temple, I booked 3 rooms online - rooms clean, toilet very clean, linen clean, hot water facility available - decent cozy rooms in chilling winters where temperatures were ranging 4-9 degrees during our stay period. Only 1 shortcoming - don't order from the in-room menu - as delivery is from some outside place and food not good - instead eat and come to the room.

It was good but cold. Staff was good. Overall it was nice stay.

One of the worst stay. Don't you all ever visit, and they don't have pillows and quilt for our 9 guests which I mentioned during booking. No drinking water bottles. Staff is so unprofessional that even we had to open doors to park the car. Staff sleep during working hours.

Stay was good but need improvement like breakfast, tea facility, protection from mosquitoes equipments should be there.

Location is good, the rooms are clean however electrical wirings in some area was improper. Overall average stay
