Poor Stay

I have booked for 2 days with bombay company apartment where as when i went to us consulate for an interview my returned was delayed by 12. 25 hrs. They went inside and through all my goods in a corner. Which is not correct. Check-in’s at 2 pm and check out at 11 a. M is unfair. If i book with bombay company apartment stay is only 21 hours. Urgently through our goods. They should wait that 24 hours time. Make my trip recommends this type of appartmements why?
