Poor night toilet was very dirty and there is no clean for room and they don't provide wifi charging socket is not working

All amenities Are very good staff was good behaviour and neat and clean room

Worst hotel ever I have stayed in, tiny and smelly rooms with no any facilities, staff is good, cockroaches were roaming around

This is not your hotel's mistake but your company's, because I gave you full payment and you have no AC and no telephone, no shower, the water in the toilet seat is continuously leaking, I also had to fill water with a bucket, your work is useless, the hotel people said that you pay them less amount, from next time I will never deal with your EMI… best service and thank you everyone

It was pathetic stay following were the major problems. 1. upon arrival they imposed non AC stay. 2. No water, soap or other basic essentials provided 3. Bed pillow was so stained it wasn't changed 4. Bed spread was untidy 5. All the chairs were untidy 6. TV was broken and non operational 7. No geyser 8. Bathroom all faucets were corroded 9. Food was terrible. Nothing else left it was totally one of the worst hotel experience I had in my life.

the room I booked did not specify it was ac or not ac, when I called they did not have any idea of it as it was not mentioned whether the room was ac or non ac, as a result I need to pay extra money,the bed sheet was torn and was not maintained properly, though the premises was clean

I was not staying here due to the location being not good. The behavior of the staff is rude. Hotel policy is also not supported. waste of money . don't stay here single or with family as well.

Hotel are not clean ,the bedsheet and quilt are so dirty and the washroom size is very small only one person can stand .. this choice is very bad. full night we will not sleep and providing only one towels and that are also dirty and not provided water bottle.

The location is easily identified and well accessible from New Delhi Railway Station. The food quality is average. The SET TOP BOX facility is pathetic. The availability of hot water facility is not available. AC facility is available on extra payment. The approach road is congested and dirty, water logging is a permanent problem.
