Hotel O Avenue Residency

Never book this rates are very high. Big rodents are there inside roof ceiling

Poor locality, toooo small room

When I check in the hotel. I got used linen from previous customers. Only the bed sheet was fresh and towel. dove cover, bathmat and pillow cover was not changed from previous customers. When I told them at night they got me fresh dove cover but they didn't changed the pillow cover.  I put my pillow under the bed sheet and I continue my night. Limited hot water to take shower. Need to asked them for hot water to turn on. They turn off within half an hour. NOT ONLY THIS NOW THE MAIN PROBLEM. During check out they showed me the bill on their tablet. I was shocked because I paid my full amount of money online for 2 day stay. I showed them my original receipt for them in the reception but they refuse that original copy and begging me to pay more which was not fair. Then I called make my trip staff.

It was very bad experience because after 2 or 3 hours a bad odour came like I tried to see from where it was coming so there was 3-4 aaloo bondas wrapped in a paper and kept in the drawers beside the bed and from how many days it was kept I don't know but it gave very strong bad smell and bedsheet was very untidy as it was not changed after the last guest left. We did not received the breakfast in time I yelled at house keeping and he was just like ignoring it. We received breakfast at 9:30 am that too we have already told a day before that we have to catch a train at 11 am so we expected that we will get breakfast on time as every hotel provides breakfast at 7:30 8:am. We were supposed to leave at 9 but we got late just because of that hotel. At the time of payment it was clearly mention in MMT site but the hotel staff told us to pay much more but I don't know why I specially told them to give the bill for that amount that also he gave after thinking 10 mins. Very disappointed worst experience ever.
