My booking was for Gera Emerald City, they asked me to go to Destination-41. It took around 20 minutes to walk down the distance. They served "Poha" twice during my 3 days stay. The room was good, but full of cockroaches. I also found a small spider.

Disappointment

It was very disappointing.
It was a very smelly room and had to use spray to get rid off it. There were no bottles, towels, paste. The ac was not working properly. The bed size was too small. Hardly any light. Worst experience for the money paid.

Firstly the we reached the room and we called the number given. First number was out of order and second number was ringing, after that we were asked to wait for 10 min. Later we were taken to a room which had no bathroom attached, but we booked a room with bathroom attached Ly. The food was really costly. We were given a bed which had blood stains in blanket and a hugehole in bedspread. Morning food and tea was really good, but service and cleanliness was really bad. Best not to stay.

Bad experience. Even worst. Never ever book again. They shifted us to a different location which was not worth. And we waited on the road for half and hour and they were telling we are sending someone to catch you But you know the worst service

Pathetic hotel I have seen ever, Basically it not a hotel, it is just like a hostel. No proper arrangement for food (like breakfast, lunch and dinner). And of course if this is not proper then forget any thing else. No hospitality. No cleaning actually room was so smelly. No proper system of billing as well as hotel management. No value for money. I think the name hotel should be " SHIT OF BIRD"

Location and view is amazing .. Adjacent EON IT PARK .. Comfortable stay with nice ambience. Basic facilities provided like microwave, refrigerator etc. And breakfast is good too .. Overall a nice place to stay

We had a 2 day stay at Gera service apartment, the food was simple, tasty and home like, location of the apartment is perfect, it was very near to Eon IT PARK and staff was also friendly. Rooms were a bit small but clean, overall a pleasant stay

First of all I will give the 5 rating for location, and room was good but AC was not working properly. Cleaning part was good and I am satisfied with service of bird paradise. This was my 2nd stay in same concept so I am happy with this.

Kindly remove this 'Birds of paradise'from make my trip apps. I had stayed in many hotels from make my trip but I had never came across such third class hotel in my entire life. 'Bird of paradise'is not even a hotel or apartment for guest. It's their own personal house where even the building is inside and hard to find. After making online payment, me and my husband went their and the door was closed from inside so we thought we are in wrong place but after few minutes and continuously ringing the door bell it got open and the guy was staring at us with shock. We told them about our room booking and he called his madam over the phone and their madam was rude and told us to go to her another hotel which was "Geeta Paradise". We gladly agreed as their were not welcomed but even in gotta paradise they said they cannot give us room and their is no caretaker and that's how we got cheated. We lost our money and time. It's the worst experience ever in my life and whoever don't read my commend and make the same mistake like me, just think that you have landed in hell instead of paradise.

Did not get to stay

Horrible experience, will never ever book a room with birds of paradise. Did not get to stay in the room I booked as I was travelling with my Male friend and unmarried couples were not allowed. Felt like I committed a crime.
