No food facility, no security, no amenities like tea, coffee in room

Bad location and bad food, the hotel boy was very good.

Reaching to the hotel location was fine but the surrounding of the hotel was bad. It is situated in a congested area. It was a very bad stay. The way the person handling everything was very poor. They made us wait approx an hour while check-in saying that they haven't received our booking. After everything was sorted out had to climb up to my room on 3rd floor, as no lift was there in the hotel. The room was not too good, satisfactory.

No staff available. Only one staff and was sleeping. No room service. Bad experience.

I keep travelling to Karnal on Business Trips. I normally prefer 4 star hotels or top rated 3 star hotels for my stay. This time just for the sake of it, I booked Gian residency for my stay. I was shocked to see that the receptionist was very sceptical and looked at my ID twice or thrice. He was not professional and was talking in the local desi language. He also looked at my wife with skeptic looks which I felt very uncomfortable and weird. These people don't know anything about hospitality instead are just standing there. Never take your family to this place as I felt that it is not safe. I also decided to walk out after that and booked a 4 star hotel leaving behind my booked room there. A wise word of advise. Never stay at this place as it is not safe, specially when you are with your family. Book Leela Grande or Gopinath Grand instead. They are also 3 star hotels and I find those fellows very professional in hospitality and they know how to deal with their customers.

SERVICE was quick, stay was comfortable. Rooms are neat & clean. Only issue is mattress which is not OK. Avoid south indian food which is not up to mark. Break fast is good. North indian dish also good.

Overall its good, staff was very helpfull& the food quality was so delicious. Room was quite good condition as per cleanliness. It was a good stay for me as the hotel is located center of the city. Service is very good. Its near to bus stand & as well as railway station. Overall value for money

Hotel was nice but in crowded location, quite difficult to move around but room and staff was really nice having problem with parking when there is a marriage. Wifi was very weak but overall can be accepted with the price range of 1200-1500, not more than this.

Food was excellent, staff behavior was also very good, in short words, everything was perfect. If possible we will come again.

Nice managerial team. Good food and restaurant. Good place to stay. Nice spacious rooms with open air. Location is also good as not far from the station about 2 kms. The restaurant of the hotel is also great and has a very vast variety of cuisine to offer. Enjoyable stay.
