terrible staff at hotel.....even after confirmed booking they denied to give room. they asked for additional money about 500 rupees, although my booking is prepaid. never visit this hotel and it's my suggestion to all.

Team, the behavior of the hotel staff was extremely rude. Additionally, breakfast was not provided, and the cost of a water bottle was higher than market prices. The ashiyana inn lucknow

Very terrible experience. I hv booked the hotel in advance but they didn’t allow us entry and told the room that i booked. Their owners family members will stay in this room and they didn’t allow us entry. The receptionist was very rude. If u wnt your trip to be peaceful never book this hotel

Spent wonderful time it is the place where i want to come again. Not jusr the facilities were well enough, but the services were plea-sent and staff were so polite and helpful.

The room and washroom were very clean. The bedsheets and towels were also washed and fresh. The room looked exactly like the pictures uploaded on the app. The staff was also good. Location of the hotel is also easy to navigate.

I got check in 3 hrs late

The stay was unpleasant. The staff was rude and said in the beginning that they don't accept prepaid booking, since i paid it on mmt. Also, he was denying that there were no rooms. Later on i connected with mm t customer care and then they agreed to provide room. Also the service was not so good. Room were okay, the food was also okay. They are charging 30rs for a water bottle which is priced at mrp 20. Also, at mm t they have mentioned that they allow outside food but when we confirmed the same they denied and said that we can order from there restuarant.

Room is neat good hospitality guest friendly 24 hours water, ac, power. Neat surrounding restaurants and shpos are nearby
