They take more 300 rs extra and no refunds. Receptionist takes more 300. And too rashly behaving.

Room not clean and extra pay amount rs 330 collocation in reception. Worst hotel. I'm very disappointed.

I reached there at 6 am, the staff service is excellent but the washroom is to bad and leaking tap, the bed is not much soft or not comfort for sleep, fully smell of cockroaches tablets and I saw cockroaches were walking somewhere of room.

This hotel is located in place where no taxi people ready to go there. Room is ugly. Flush not working in toilet. Blanket were not cleaned for years. The smell of the room horrible. I am still having the head ache due to that room smell. Hotel people said they are not interested to give room booked through makemytrip, even after waiting a long time they agreed to give room

Very worst experience, don't book this hotel. Anyone at reception is not good treating the customer very bad. Don't recommend this hotel anyone. I had a very worst experience in this hotel. It's really bad don't recommend anyone.

The trip was a business related one. I am the sole person to come for this trip. The locality was not so clean and congested place. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the mark. For this much amount we can get better hotels in other places.

Hi, The worst hotel ever I stay, room is not clean and the staff are so rude. The felicities mentioned in MMT are fake. And the location is not suitable for staying. Bathrooms are very ugly. Even the door is not fixed. I think one of the worst hotel located in sivajinagar Bangalore.

It is just another lodge. And has the meagre facilities that go with a lodge. Please do not expect hotel facilities. Location also is in a very congested area and difficult for cabs to drop or pick up too.

Not giving importance to the guest. Poor approach, no hot water facility. I knocked the door and waked them up at morning for check in very poor response from the labours .. They ll feed more pressure on you if go for any business purpose

AC not working, washroom was not clean, I gave charges of bedding, still didn't received on time, no body was there for. Room service, location is also average, no ola, bo uber can come, the place is also not much safe according to me for family

The hotel was good. Clean room. Hot water available! TV working. Nice location in the centre of the market. Many eateries are available nearby. But in the evening traffic there is a lot of traffic.
