One of the worst hotel in Hyderabad

They didn't have any phone in the room, the wifi details weren't available anywhere and the storage compartments were dirty

They could include at least a bottle of water and clean sheets in the room.

No towels in room ac was not working. I was not provided with water in the room and the bathroom didn’t have any soaps but it was full of used shampoo packets

hotel is best low rang service is Good 👍 but market is around 750 meter but zemoto is available bed is average tawal is not available at bathroom

The person at reception was horrible, though money was paid online before, knowingly he asked me to transfer money to his personal account and later when i realised and wanted him to refund money i paid extra, he started fighting, screaming, asking me to go out of the hotel, just bcos i told him after he transferred to my gpay and it did not reflect and i told i’ll contact you in case it is not happened in professional and rude overall no customer service and horrible

Hotel was verygood. Cleanliness of hotel and room was good. Staff behaviour was good.

Easily accessible location, thats the main advantage. Surrounding area is not that clean. Fresh food available in main road (walkable, but not clean. Rooms are average. They provide bathtowel and soap when asked. Cabs are available 24/7

It was amazing stay. Geyser was super hot. Ac simply superb. Location is very near to shamshabad bus stand. Easy to move to airport.

Great experience! the rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A peaceful place perfect for relaxation.

When we reached hotel, the staff at the counter told that the hotel is completely book with no avaibility even after we did prepaid booking. Also he added that hotel is full coz of corporate booking. And there were no cars or bike which shows that corporate guys are staying. Then they asked us to vista other property which is owned by them which was 2 km away from the hotel. Also the staff was too rude and ready to fight like we have came to stay for free. Kindly take some action.

They booked all the rooms when we reached there and made us stay in a different hotel. Please do not book

Broken and very small washroom for two people. Staff also not very good. Not a good place.

very worst experience.Fan working on 1 no only even though if you increase the speed.Washroom was highly dirty and unhygienic and didn't flush.When I asked them they blamed some one from night duty did not clean.charging point was very far from bed.. Never recommend to anyone

Overall service was good like cleanliness, hospitality and room service but there was a problem in giving services like electricity issues.
