Nitya Eco Resort Farmhouse | Lake-view Rooms

We went to nitya e co family resort thinking the rating on make my trip is good, but unfortunately it was worst experience. Below are the points : > unsafe location in remote area, no watchman / guard and no dedicated parking. > there is no board stating the property name, not even a proper gate, when you see it from outside you feel like entering a garage > no proper doors for room, just sliding windows and that too transparent, all outsiders can see inside the room, no privacy at all.

Good ambience. Specious room and bathroom. घरगुती जेवण छान वाटले . खडकवासला जलाशय समोर दिसत रहातो . क्वीन बेडरूम असेल तर छान आहे .

It’s not worth even rs. 1000 for the stay. No ac bed sheets towels are unusable, multicolour. No parking slush filled approach road. Only poha and up-ma as breakfast. No complimentary water. Need to ask for toothpaste and soap. Wall mounted fans. Power point placed below showe in bathroom. No mirror or chairs. Very limited food. Could not go out in the evening for fear of car getting stuck in mud on the dirt road leading to the resort. Too many flies in the room only positive is that the place has a decent view. Remember there are place of similar quality and ambience available for rs. 800. Will not refer to anyone at this rate. You should be giving a 50% refund for not checking the place before booking

I have booked this hotel sighting 5 star reviews on google. Nothing great about it. Poor road condistion. Nothing great to see in vicitnity ecept for scenic vire of lake form uppen floor rooms. The bottom most room has zero view. Breakfast is very basic tea and poha/upma. Only. Rooms are well maintained and found neat and clean.
