Nature Care Resort and Aroma Farm

Welcome to nature care resort (which doesn't seem like a resort at all) and aroma farms (yes because there are many wild leeches, other insects that can bite you and you'll end up bleeding or your health can be affected. Pros: 1. Food was tasty. Cons: 1. Entry. This is not a resort at all. 2. We booked tents. The tent surrounding was dirty, inside the tent was stinking like anything. As it was rainy season, the floor was completely wet. We had to compromise with 2 rooms instead of 3 tents with no extra charges. Yes, the owner was so nice. 3. There were zero amenities inside the room. Room's outside area was dirty which was making the room dirty eventually. A lot of insects were there inside the room. 4. There was no room service extension phone inside the room. We didn't get any proper cleaning, water bottles, soaps inside the room. 5. Washroom hardware was broken. Except for the hot water availability, it was a completely dirty room. 6. Bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket covers were dirty. Bedsheets were torn too. 7. Nothing like a wellness center was there. 8. Milk for infants was also not provided, which usually basic hotels provide with no extra cost. Here, it was 75 INR per glass. 9. Every time we complained, the hotel staff kept on saying that please talk to the owner, we are not in such a position to help. Here's our experience. What's your's?
