Good place easy to find and good communication with staff Only thing is there was no hot water even there was geyser in the room

they asked 300 extra amount to check in. Tv are not working properly mirror are not good

I have booked 2 nos room in juju hotel for 5 adults but when we gone to check in they said you have booked the room for only 3 adults so we moved out from there and stayed in other place this type of miss comunication I wasn't accepted from mmt im very much disappointed this time on the other hand you are not refunding my money back

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was unhygienic, the fan was extremely noisy, and no towels or basic amenities were provided. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally rude. When I raised my concerns, one staff member said, 'Today's booking rate is higher than what you paid an week ago, so this is the kind of treatment guests who book at lower prices can expect.' Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Make my trip is always easy to go for me. No hurdles no problems. Very easy check in. Stay is comfortable staff is very cooperative thanku so much. Thank you. Now pols upgrade my discount

The room was clean, other facilities like wifi not working, fan was making sound, not worth for 1850 / day

Very small room and very poor maintenance. Bedsheets dirty, did not have wifi, did not give towels also.

Room was very bad. I have paid more than 10k for 2 days for this room which is not even 1k per day. Nothing was there. Room was like a pigeons net. Not maintained. No care taker no food items. It was my worst experience in make my trip. How these hotels are tied up with mmt. Dono understand

Room was clean and hygienic, the attender is very friendly and cooperative.

Location wise it is good,but it is very difficult for elderly to climb the high steps to reach the room,rooms were not maintained hygienically,towels were not provided. Too costly with poor maintenance.

hotel was in the centre of city,but room is unhygenic and found unclean bedsheets and also found bedbugs.please avoid and look for other hotels in same price point which are clean.

Room was not neat, not suitable for 2+2 kids. Very bad experience. Cot can accommodate only 2+1 kid

The washroom and rooms were not clean. Overall it was untidy. The water heater is for name sake. You won't get hot water. The receptionist is some inexperienced who did not know basic etiquette of hosting and would not be at reception at any point of time. No proper maintenance. I suggest not to choose this for stay.

Ok only for 2 peoples can stay

I had booked room on April 2019 and received confirmation for the same. When I called the hotel front desk after reaching Madikeri for early check in operator mentioned rooms will be available after 12 pm. When I mentioned I have booked through MakeMyTrip he replied rooms are not available. Guys please I request you to not to boom rooms in this hotel as they are selling rooms for double or triple price than original.
