Food was okay. But their was no proper hygiene followed.

Washroom was stinking and it was not clean

Location was pathetic. I travelled with my family and we didn't feel safe at all travelling out in the evening/night

Hotel services very poor. Staff taking too much time to serve anything.

Worst hotel, booked a premium room for 3 person, got a small room, ordered food, got reply after 1 hour that food not available.

Informed the Hotel about checking in later in the evening, yet the rooms weren't ready when I checked in. We were given the smallest rooms despite booking deluxe ones. The rooms were absolutely dirty, with dust on everything the chair, the cupboard, the table. Basic amenities were missing, no towels, no kettle, and more importantly no heater considering the temperatures were so low. Even after raising all these concerns and getting the rooms changed, there we no towels in the new room. The toiletries in the new room weren't replaced, there were used soaps and shower gels in the bathroom. In all, I had the most horrible stay ever and had to check out a day earlier because of this unpleasant experience, and all this with no compensation for whatever I had to go through during my stay.

The hotel was centrally located near jagiri bazar which was positive. Rooms were very average and not very clean. We had to ask them to clean and change bedsheets which they did.

I booked room for three people and according to that the room was too small, and there was 1 double bed and then they provided with mattress instead of bed that was also without blanket. After complaining only thing they changed was blanket. Only provide 2 towel in between 3 people. Food is good. The staff is very helpful. We were initially provided with a small room. Later we were given a bigger room which was untidy. Breakfast was denied at 11:00 am. The only option provided was bread butter jam. We were tild that the dinner is served until 11:00 pm however dinner was denied at 10:30 pm. The only option provided was Dal rice. Please note that the menu card didn't specify kitchen timings for dinner. Next morning there was no water in the washroom. In short this is an awefull place. The employees are not trained.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The faculty was helpful.

Locality of this hotel is very bad. You can't step out late at night even during the day it's too crowded. Rooms are very small, definitely not as shown on MMT. However staff were cooperative. Another perk is that many tourist attractions are nearby. Food was just OK with very limited options. You can get many good option of hotels in this budget. I had booked this hotel for 2 Nights but I left it within a day. Thanks to MMT I got refund of one day. Overall bad experience.

Hotel is very nice from inside. But location is not that good for relaxing stay for a family. Overall hotel is very nice & economical too. One thing I would like to notice that, even after pre-confirmation about early check due to Train Schedule, at actual Hotel had charged early check-in charges without considering the situation & even hotel reception had denied that anybody from their end had given pre-confirmation about early check-in (more over major of the hotel rooms were unoccupied).
